BUNKER CLUB – MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Who We Are

Bunker Club is a golf and social club for women, queer, and trans players who are redefining how people connect—both on the course and in community. We design intentional experiences that bring people together through golf and culture: leagues, clinics, retreats, member events, wellness programming, and curated social gatherings. Our environments are built for belonging. We create spaces where members can show up fully, learn, connect, and be part of something meaningful.

Founded in Los Angeles, Bunker Club is growing into a national movement, expanding into new cities through a network of players, creatives, and partners who value representation, connection, and a fresh approach to the game.

This is where underrepresented voices find their place—and where community becomes the change. Our mission is to create access, reshape golf culture, and build community infrastructure that lasts.

 

2. Membership Overview: Membership provides access to Bunker Club’s community platforms and monthly programming calendar. Members receive priority access to select events and eligibility for member pricing when available.

Membership does not include:

  • Tee times

  • Clinics, leagues, retreats, or tournaments

  • Travel experiences

  • Merchandise

  • Food, beverage, or transportation
    All of the above require separate registration and payment.

 

3. Monthly vs. Annual Plans

Monthly Membership:

  • Billed automatically each month.

  • Continues until canceled.

  • Non-refundable.

Annual Membership:

  • One-time payment for 12 months.

  • Automatically renews unless canceled before renewal.

  • Non-refundable except where required by law.

 

4. Programming & Event Availability

Bunker Club provides a curated calendar of monthly experiences; however, we do not guarantee:

  • Specific events, instructors, venues, or partners

  • A minimum number of events per month

  • Space in any event (capacity may be limited)

  • Access to sold-out programs

Programming may shift based on demand, weather, or operational needs.

 

5. Payment, Billing, and Cancellations

  • All dues are billed through Stripe.

  • Monthly plans can be canceled at any time, taking effect the next billing cycle.

  • Annual plans remain active for the full term.

  • No refunds for missed events, sold-out programming, or scheduling changes.

  • Pricing may be updated with notice.

 

6. Community Conduct

Bunker Club is rooted in inclusion, respect, and safety. Members agree to:

  • Uphold our values

  • Treat fellow members, coaches, and partners with respect

  • Follow all course and venue rules

  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior

 

Violations may result in suspension or membership termination without refund.

 

7. Liability Waive: Golf, sport, and social events carry inherent risks. By joining and participating, Member releases Bunker Club, its founders, coaches, and partners from liability for injury, loss, or damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

8. Media Release: Unless you opt out in writing, you grant Bunker Club permission to use photos and video captured at events for marketing and community storytelling.

 

9. Updates to Terms: We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued membership and payment through Stripe constitute acceptance of any revised terms.

 

Agreement: By completing checkout and selecting “I agree to the Bunker Club Membership Terms & Conditions,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
